Today's blogpost is going to be a lifestyle one, or more specifically - FOOD!
I finally have some time to sit down and pen down my thoughts about this F&B joint that opened in Malaysia recently, all the way from London! This burger joint is not your ordinary one because it combines beef with a very popular type of crustacean . . . . LOBSTERS!
My boyfriend, Jack is a HUGE FAN of steaks since the beginning of his bodybuilding days, and after watching lots of Masterchef episodes and seasons, we got introduced to lobsters (being an 'atas' food lulz) and 'Surf & Turf'.

The menu presented to us while we were waiting in line. There is usually a long line waiting outside the restaurant and you'd have to queue about 15-30 minutes before entering because the place is always packed!
(It is recommended that you sign up for a Genting Rewards Card before entering here because the price is about 10% cheaper for Genting Rewards cardmembers).
The food menu is pretty simple and straightforward as there is only a handful to choose from as you are only presented with choices of Mains & Desserts. There are only 3 choices of burgers, 3 live lobsters, 3 lobster rolls and 3 desserts.
Once you step into the sitting area, there will be another Beverage Menu with choices of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Yep, we settled on the 2 different Mains (1 burger & 1 live lobster) so that we are able to taste and compare the differences between them.
Jack settled for the Burger while I went for the Live Lobster.

The B&L Burger
We ordered two Mains, one of them being this Signature B&L Burger. We opted for this because this burger has the combination of both Australian beef and lobster, while the other two options did not include lobster together.
The beef patty was really juicy, and the portion of lobster was generous. We could actually taste the authenticity of the lobster meat inside without any overpowering flavours from the sauce. There was a distinct difference between beef and lobster - but once you sink your teeth into them together, the combination resulted in an absolutely heavenly burst of flavours!
One thing though, once we finished the burger, it seemed that it doesn't fill our tummies just quite enough yet. You'd have to perhaps eat the sides (french fries and salad) to feel really full.
Price: RM138
Value for Money: 4/5
Great For: Someone who loves both their beef and prime seafood together in one meal!
The Chilli Lobster
As for the Live Lobster, we opted for Chilli Lobster because we were curious about the gravy (we dine in Shell Out quite frequently, thus we were eager to compare the flavours)!
We were definitely not disappointed with the portion because the amount of lobsters was definitely too much for me (a adult female with a huge appetite) to finish alone, espeically with the delicious garlic toasts! I had to ask Jack to help me finish the rest because the portion is really generous!
As for the gravy, there wasn't anything special about it - it was mildly spicy for our Malaysian tongue. We felt that the gravy could be easily replicated but nonetheless it was delicious!

Value for Money: 5/5
Great For: A Pure Lobster Fanatic with a love for chillies!
I have also ordered Takeaway option from Burger & Lobster too, and it is fairly easy to place an order for it (if you wish to skip the long queue). You just have to go straight to the Hostess and tell her you want to order a takeaway, then she will lead you towards the bar area for ordering and payment. A thing to note though, you may have to pay additional RM2 for each Recycle Bag (if you need one).
