A Property Tour of REO Suites - The Next BIG Thing in Subang Jaya

Last Saturday was a really interesting one because this is my very first time actually going for a "property viewing". Few years back, I used to live in Puchong and I used to drive along the "back road" (Puchong/Subang peeps can relate to this!) to visit my cousins who live in USJ23. Throughout the years, there has been a lot of development ongoing which led to the rise of Putra Heights, One City and Main Place. Not long after, people were drawn to the attractions at that area especially for the glass floor on the 10th Floor of Skypark @ One City.

I last visited Skypark last year during Astro OlaBola event.

At my age, my peers are either looking around to purchase their first property; to look for a home to build a family, or to find a work space that they could find solitude.

With every property in the city being sold for various price points right now, how do you actually know which would be the NEXT BIG THING?

REO Suites is located towards the "end" of Subang, towards the highway leading to Putrajaya / Cyberjaya / KLIA. Dubbed as the "Last Piece of Hidden Jewel", REO Suites looks like it has potential to grow into a city as it has achieve MSC Malaysia status and this integrated three-phase project has a gross development value of RM5bil.

The Star wrote an introductory report of the SOFO tower recently in Oct 2015, citing that "with an upcoming LRT station located just 300m away, the extension train services from the Kelana Jaya Line are set to provide convenience within the community."

REO Suite comprises 1,115 studio and two-room units, with built-up areas ranging from 370sq ft to 609sq ft. Equipped with two sky-high levels of leisure facilities at 46th and 47th floor, the tower features units designed in modern yet practical layouts that accommodate to today’s lifestyle.

With a GDV of 500mil, the units are priced between RM352,000 to RM602,550, set to be completed together with the other components in the second quarter of 2020.

The venue was basically a show unit of the properties for sale --

I feel that this area is going to grow into a prominent place in time to come. Seeing that this area is close to my parent's house, it got me thinking about property options nearby, so that I can visit them often in the future.
